Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome (no weight limit). Maximum 2 pets per unit. Non‑refundable pet fee: $350 for first pet + $150 for second pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull and mixes, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, etc.).
